Monitoring the overall performance of the loan portfolio in arrears, to ensure timely identification of problem loans and implementing appropriate strategies to improve loan recoveries.
Implementing and monitoring the activity recovery plan and recovery budget, ensuring all recoveries activities are executed efficiently and within budgetary limits.
Devising mechanisms to recover all loans in arrears within the recoveries portfolio and maintain Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) within acceptable limits of the total portfolio.
Implementing documentation and procedures of loan recoveries in full compliance with MEDF s arrears escalation policy and other relevant guidelines.
Establishing and maintaining strong internal control measures in line with the recoveries policy to prevent fraud and minimize losses across all regions.
