The Chief Executive Officer of the Malawi Enterprise Development Fund (MEDF) Limited, Mr. Kayisi Sadala, yesterday, 21 September 2026, engaged with staff in the Centre South Operational Zone, which covers Kawale Branch, Ngwenya Office, Golomoti Office, and Dedza Branch. The visit aimed to strengthen staff relations, identify operational challenges, and improve overall institutional performance.

During the engagement, The CEO encouraged officers to work hard in strengthening loan disbursement and collections, emphasizing that these are critical to MEDF’s operational performance and sustainability. He further urged officers to uphold unity, respect, and teamwork while maintaining professionalism and punctuality. "Management is committed to creating a conducive working environment to enable officers to perform their duties effectively" Mr. Sadala said.
